Open up your heart

Anahata chakra will be the central point during this retreat. What do we need to open up
our hart and receive love and to radiate love? Our muladhara chakra as we know should be
strong and stable to provide us the space and freedom to open up our inner hart and start to
love yourself and then to love others.
