Experience the integration of yoga into your everyday life.


We like to share the experience of practicing at home under guidance. This time one day longer than usual! 
In this way we hope to give you a little inspiration to challenge yourself and deepen your practice for two full days. From the comfort of your home you will have live access to the interactive lectures, yoga classes, breathing techniques and meditation. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions and enjoy the real home retreat.
After the first digital retreat we got very positive feedback.
Some of the strongest points were:

  • being able to fully surrender to the processes because of the home environment

The first autumn digital retreat will focus on possibilities, effects and responsibilities of new beginnings; new starts. Why is it sometimes difficult?
Can we know if we are on the right path? According to yoga philosophy, if we live in the moment, everything is always new. However, in each life, there are some special impressions which are more intense than other moments. Due to that these impressions become more important. And these intense moments in our lives should be transformed into our own benefit. In this week we will work on this topic. To experience how we can look to the bigger picture of our own little life.
To prepare for this retreat and get maximum benefits, we invite you to study the following sutras of Patanjali comment by Taimni 1.33 / 2.3 / 2.4 / 2.5 / 2.11 / 2.12 / 2.15 / 2.23 / 2.29 / and 1st, 2nd and 6th chapter from the Gita.
Other topics will be covered according to the needs of the group. It will be an interactive retreat. Once your subscribe, you are welcome to suggest some topics or questions which you like to hear about.


The idea is to give yourself a boost in these intense times and take it with you through the whole period of change. To be healthy, happy, joyful and able to shine your light even more to the world in need. We like to get you familiar with a very practical philosophy which you can use in everyday life.
All the participants will get a grocery list, instructions and recipes for the meals throughout the retreat. In this way we like to enable you to have the maximum benefit.
